. • In Hampton Roads, SEC 8 pays “market rent” in every city except Portsmouth, where they pay 90% of market rent. • After the first 12 months, SEC 8 will consider a reasonable rent increase, regardless of the lease term. • SEC 8 tenants almost always pay a portion of their rent.

For my numbers people:The house is placed on a main road in a suburban area and its downtown area is going through MAJOR gentrification changes.

personally I get tons of one-night stays for my vacation rental on Maui, probably because of my location on the road to Hana.

It's vacant tillable land that's currently being farmed with road frontage and utilities access in a highly desirable area.

I am looking to purchase another home and move down the road.

But feel it is going to negatively impact landlords by further scrutiny(and new regulations) from the government which will harm tenants on down the road.

.- We live on a dirt/rock road that is often maintained  like once a month at least.  

The judge agreed with the motion to vacate the sale, I was sent a letter for the hearing about 2 months or so down the road.
