Hello Anna,Your chance of collecting isn't good but you can write a review on that tenant(for free) so that the rest of the community doesn't rent to him/her.

I had a friend suggest using PropStream to generate off market leads. Does anyone use this and have feedback on them? Does anyone use other off market lead generators? Open to any and all feedback!

Our guests have all left 5-star reviews and have been extremely respectful of our home.

I can afford a sizable down payment on a home and have a great credit score.The reviews online are mostly negative with a few positive mixed in.

The lender reviews insurance annually.

I have seen mixed reviews from "if their time is valuable they make you sign it so they don't waste their time" to "only bad agents make you sign, if they are good, they won't have to worry about you leaving."
