@Matt HendersonRally it’s whatever you want - if it’s low dollar then I would recommend dumping into the stock market or an account that get a you 5% +If you keep it liquid then you can pull it out later for another assetWe typically reinvest it in varying asset classes to keep our portfolio as diverse as possible

Although now I am expanding into PPC and SEO, I would recommend just doing 1 thing until you have it down before trying a lot of different strategies.

Whenever someone has a situation requiring specialized real estate expertise and I recommend they retain a professional with the CRE designation as a consultant, they inevitably ignore my advice and instead hope to obtain “free” consultation.  

I would recommend calling a few construction/ fence/ light companies to get some ball parks.

*Has any recommendations for the best way to estimate what I can sell the second land lot for once I'm done with the easement road?
