I ran across a bank owned property recently in my market, and I have somewhat of a random question about it.For a title transfer using a Grant Deed of $0 (yes, zero dollars) from a state housing finance agency to a banking institution, where did the money go in the title transfer to the bank?

I didn't want it to come across too direct so I just started randomly showing pictures of apartment complexes throughout my talk (usually 2 pics during a 1 hour talk).

He isn't coming to a house you have and providing a bid, he is going to a house you haven't even made an offer on, to give you a ballpark (has to be fairly accurate, so not just a random number) what it will cost to fix.

I can find a tub at Home Depot for $150 and a random dude on Craigslist to install it too.

having a few random units in a building leased out was more work then it's worth.  

Let me start with a little background on why I am posting this as it strikes me as a bit of a random post to just throw out there.

@Lian Shi If you don't mind going to a store, I've used the UPS or FedEx stores a lot to randomly notarized something at odd hours on-demand.  

He said when an HOA does an annual budget and have a line for reserves, that is not just a  random number for a rainy day, that is carefully calculated as I described.

I remember learning about some of the other random exemptions, but that is not one that I was aware of.
