Would it be better to be loan free asap and take very short loan terms, or go for positive cashflow and take loans on 30 years with very small downpayments per month.I do also like the spreaded risk/Reward to invest in various places around the world.Mat

There are numerous good markets in Florida due to overall population growth of the state.

There are certain parts of town that will offer great rewards on paper, but the neighborhood leaves something to be desired and tenant quality will be poor.
