Hey guys - Need to organize my life - aka bring an experienced real estate CPA into the picture. 

Hi,I am rehabbing a house and I have a swimming pool in really bad shape with all kinds of living organisms in it.

I would love feedback both on this specific property as well as the organization of my business plan from a potential investor's perspective.

I had no idea how to start so the co organizer encouraged i start with Bigger Pockets.

Talk to a CPA about this as you might want to organize things to be in a low tax bracket this year to do that conversion.

In Atlanta, ours is a non-profit REIA.

We already got rid of the wallpaper and painted the walls, my husband got rid of the green laminate floors and installed new flooring, we have also found an awesome vendor who organized brand new stainless steel appliances for us at an awesome price, we are busy replacing the white appliances as they cave in on us. 

But we learn and we get up, brush our shoulders off and move on :)Thankfully, I was able to network with a local construction organization that was doing work in the area, and signed the house for a 2 year contract to house out of towner workers. 

My approach has been an organic outreach with an invitation to connect and hopefully a brief conversation to see what kind of deals they fund, criteria and if we would be a good fit.
