I got started by using the search box above and testing.

A few tips.You can tag people by typing @ before you type their name, then clicking their name when it pops up at the bottom of the message box.

Also, keep an extra box of materials, and/or a small roll of carpet.

When a deal is that sweet, I always try and meet everyone there if I can instead of just giving them the lock box code.

This hasn't happened to me but I'm sure it happens often.Say you get a vacant house under contract, and the seller lives out of city/state.You get permission to have your partners/ buyers to come by and look at the property, possibly state in the contract being able to put a lock box on the house.BAM!

Unfortunately some people are either just not that good with their computers and the internet, may not even notice the search box, or as you've stated they are simply lazy!

I suggest you use the search feature (upper right box) as there are over a thousand posts on the matter.
