Also, a plus that I believe is a very beneficial aspect to having a debit card through a credit union is that whenever I go to pull out money anywhere - be it in a 7-11 or a any other ATM - they don't charge extra fees to pull out money like a bank would.

Haven't tested this method but will soon.I also like to insinuate that I'm in the business of providing solutions beneficial to all parties involved so i even give them the option to list with a realtor.Tell me what you're doing to add value to the seller.

Maybe it would be more beneficial for us over all to use the NPO for the fundraising side, then partner with an investor/investment group to share ownership of a larger building in exchange for them actively managing it and keeping it up.

If you're doing a google search and finding lenders who loan all over the country they won't be...you can set the terms with private lenders, and as you prove yourself these terms can be mutually agreed to change for the better..I had one private lender who didn't want his money back..
