I’m now living in the US again and the plan is to bring the proceeds to the US to reinvest in real estate.Are there legal ways to avoid/minimize paying taxes on the proceeds as they are transferred to the US?

This is not something I would expect some stateside plumbing tech working for a drain-cleaning service with no license and minimal experience to service correctly.Again, installers and service professionals with significant experience with any sort of residential wall-mounted toilet are rare.

I'd suggest using complete sentences and taking the time to give a scenario with at least minimal details. 

There may be ways to minimize some taxes with proper planning, and the use of certain entities or trust vehicles.

I mentioned lease options because the cash requirement to do deals is minimal.

The house needed what I would consider minimal work.

Limit your house payment, minimize any debts, don't buy a new vehicle, and pack your lunch more lol.

@Grant Rothenburger speaking from minimal experience I'd like to flip until I have enough Capital to buy two homes, buy one rental and then buy another flip and repeat the process.
