I believe a lot of the “buy here pay here” auto lots used it.This may be in your loan terms and is the reason you owe more than the original loan, after making payments for years.  

However, Matthew reminded me of my long-term investment objective and assured me that the property would appreciate, given the strong real estate market in Alabama.

I now currently own 6 Vacation rentals across 3 states, 1 long term rental, and manage other Vacation Rentals through my business, Lubbock Complete Bnb.
