I understand that the C Corp is a separate legal entity so the profits benefit the C Corp and the C Corp's shareholders.

I also have a 2 page contract supplied by Freedomsoft, obviously its generic but it is 50 state legal supposedly.

I would recommend checking with a loan officer to determine if you could get one with a legal separation.

You can also get a legal description usually abbriveated but you might search that in the Recorder's Office to the last transaction on that property.

I'd also search for SFH with legal basement suites, there may be more of these in yoru area..
