Of course trash service did eventually come to pick it up a few days later but meanwhile some neighbor complained about trash being out on a non-trash day so they issued a citation to the building owner (me).

Actually, they dont even care once your original loan is approved and you are making all the payments. if you dont like an addendum, and you really want to buy this, pay the higher interest rate and refinance later

@Nicholas Aiola thanks that kind of goes along with the reading I've done saying LLC is great once you need it, but in the beginning if this property is all I'm invested in, it wouldn't be worth the trouble, until later when I have more equity and other investments.

Later, I found out that it was sold through a wholesaler who asked the listing agent to expire the original listing.
