I asked because I’m currently purchasing a home in the south jersey area but I wanted to get started on a investment property next year nearby I’m only 45 mins from Philly that’s why I group them together but I would love to pick your brain on the Philadelphia market.What areas do you see a rise happening as far as being built up and looks like it could be a good area to invest?
