My "boss" (me) makes contributions to my SEP-IRA equal to 25% of my salary and offers a health and life reimbursement plan up to 100% - all of which is deductible to the company (mine).

Of course I want more people asking me favors like to borrow tools, money, vehicles, give me a ride to the doctor, help move something, help fix something(not related to your investment), babysit for free, go to some party, invite themselves to your party, ask life advice, talk about all their economic-health-life woes etc, etc....of course that's nothing compared to "bro, I'm gonna be late for rent"But...hey!

DUE TO THEIR AGE AND HEALTH CONDITION THEY ARE UNABLE TO GET THE PARK BACK UP AND GOING AND ARE WILLING TO SELL.

Just curious how others might approach this dilemma of scaling.

Yesterday i went there to clear a slow drain in their tub and i was bullied by the female tenant who accused me of putting them in a health risk due to mold in the washer.

The dilemma is this:1) Do I move in the Spring of 2022 before the market gets hot again and collect rent from STRs (Airbnb, VRBO, Furnished Finder, Craigslist).

The contract nature of their employment also means I won't need to provide benefits (which is fine for them as they already receive government-funded health insurance coverage).I am aware that dealing with family in this way can quickly become complicated, so part of our contract will be a periodic performance assessment to make sure they are doing a good job.

I like Vilas county I thought they were pretty easy with them but I knew you have to go through the health department I’m looking at a place in Boulder junction.

So are you in that dilemma?

He is a great partner just has a health issue that seems to be a problem for some of the insurance companies, he is actually takes really good care of himself and is in good shape.
