I know West Elm for sure has an in-home consultation service now where employees with more experience can really get into  a client relationship more.

Real estate gives us an opportunity to teach our kids that it is more rewarding to be a business owner than an employee and if you are willing to do your research and have enough grit you can accomplish surprising results.

And the management fee is about the same that was paid to our "board" employees. 

And McDonalds and WalMart etc. continue to structure their wages and hours such that the taxpayers are subsidizing their employees so that they can make bigger profits for their shareholders.

I am currently working in that area and see where there is a market that is very high due to the employees and colleges in the area.
