Newbie in Rochester and Buffalo NY markets.
My name is Bryan Colton from Le Roy, NY. I just finished 3 days of the Yancey Real Estate seminar and I'm looking for a mentor to help me become financially independent. I currently own a Disaster Restoration company with 12 employees. We primarily rebuild house fires. I really believe I could excel in the flipping market and looking forward to purchasing some buy-and-hold properties. Any help in the real estate industry would be appreciated. I am eager to learn and believe I could make a good partner with someone.

You might consider Niche or Specialized Housing like student housing. Rents can be 2-4 times more. Remember you don't have to own a property to control it.
