I currently live in queens ny but moving to Schenectady ny.. my main goal is to have at least a cash flow of 5k per month because I also going to be doing forex trading too I'm not trying to go back to a9 to 5 when I move need my time and freedom back to live comfortably with my family..I know Schenectady getting really saturated with investors and ppl moving from queens to Schenectady buying houses all cash but I'll be looking at surrounding areas and looking at out of state too maybe NC FL

This forms a bubble eventually (maybe) but as you see with various types of stocks momentum can play a big role in the medium term on pricing and if the shift is more long-term it can last for a very long time.2) Foreign money - I personally think is short term esp as the dollar is just soaring and as governments try and bring capital back but it does affect prices.3) Shifts in homeownership.

You should tailor to different clientele: mom-and-pop CD and annuity investors (scared to death of fluctuating principal), vs affluent professionals and business owners that probably have a more balanced exposure of US and foreign equities, bonds, gold, and REITs, for example, and that's their framework.
