If you were to buy a multifamily unit to live in one unit and rent out the others, but it was split first floor/second floor.

It has potential to even fit 5 units, or four spacious apartments and one commercial unit (I think a soundproof event space in the HUGE basement would be incredible).

So there are many sites dedicated to listing all of the commercial office/retail space that is available for lease - but is there any site that allows those individuals/companies who are looking for office space to describe their needs and desired locations?

As demand for space in the market drives lease rates higher in older properties, it’s only a matter of time before those lease rates justify new construction and increase supply risk.

Unfortunately, there is one building which is 4,300 sq ft that has multiple tenants on each floor and only one zone per floor. 

Especially with there being a ton of vacant commercial space open all over the city.

If you hang out in the forums long enough you'll start to know who the bigger players in the space are.

Homes in the area have hardwood flooring in main areas, tile in kitchens and carpet/plank flooring in basements and sometimes carpet in bedrooms.The house is a raised ranch/bilevel.
