You want to have it rented long term before the fall if possible.

My personal view is that equities haven’t completed their fall, and just like 2008, it will take about 12 months or so to reach the “bottom” of the Corona virus market.

Wait 60 days : )  prices will be falling.  

Everyone will be afraid of when the bottom falls out. 

The only deals I've had fall apart recently have been when there were significant new issues discovered during an inspection or a very low appraisal.

I see a lot of potential markets in Detroit, Buffalo, Niagara Falls, etc.

I don’t think it will last much past May but we can’t even take bookings for fall foliage or ski season. 

West Virginia might not be the biggest market in the country and natural appreciation isn't something we rely on, but in times like this with the wrath of COVID-19 affecting so many markets, we're happy that we're still able to move forward without the bottom falling completely out.
