Overall, I strive to be responsive to tenant inquiries/complaints, treat my tenants fairly and with respect and so far (touch wood), I have not had problems with rent payments or property damage and all have extended their leases.

The policies seem to be easily extended if needed though.

We'll see if it gets extended.......

I am also extending my services to investors looking for a good property management company, that understand what investors are looking for.

We gave 30 days written notice and extended the amount of time for them to respond. 

Account Closed I missed Bob on my last trip to Honolulu if his invitation he extended to visit with him and have a beer is still open I plan on doing that when I am in Honolulu in Oct. 

I was thinking we could sign a extended lease like 5 yrs or something.

I think the out of pocket cost can be much lower if I involve the whole community surrounding the park and get federal or state grant money to extend the line. 

The other option is if its only for 4 months to get the tenant to extend.

This is also an opportunity to extend the end of lease date if that is desirable.Jim.
