Looking to build a buyers/sellers list for Duval, St Johns, Clay, Putnam Counties

I am a real estate agent turned wholesaler. I have been in the business for about 7 years, and have my own property management business. I'm looking to do some wholesaling and investing and would like to build my buyers/sellers list. I am also extending my services to investors looking for a good property management company, that understand what investors are looking for. I market the majority of my properties to military families as I have a military background and access to on base listings. I usually fill properties in a 2 week turn around from vacancy stage. I have about 3 investors 2 local and 1 out of state who are on my buyers list and would like to add more. Most of my rental properties come available as potential investment properties since my owners are mostly absentee owners.
