I signed up for forbearance that my lender was offering, but likely will not use it because I don't want to put myself in a hole in 3 months and/or have to sign up for repayment program that will affect my credit. 

You go on any programming website and you never get programmers who go "ahh, yes, see, I know how to solve your problem, and this is why we get paid to program."

Hi, does anyone have any knowledge in regards to the deferred loan programs?

My question is regarding the Paycheck Protection Program and how this relates, if it does, to property owners/landlords under the CARES Act that was signed into law on 3/27/2020. 

It is called CERB program now.

I have read about the FHA $100 Down mortgage program, which allows for a down payment of $100 on a HUD home.

It happens fast, I saw loanDepot walk out 30 processors in 2018, only to offer them the job back 6-8 months later.What I think will happen is HUD will come out another program similar to HARP.

If it wasn't, then the late fee program goes into effect which is clearly spelled out in the contract.
