SBA Loan from COVID-19 Stimulus Bill

Hey All,

I was just wondering as a passive real estate investor, am I eligible to apply for the new SBA loan/grant from the Covid-19 stimulus bill that was just signed into law? If not, how can I become eligible?

Thanks.

If you are passively invested in syndications, I would be inclined to think that you are not eligible. If by passive you just me and you bought some single families with W-2 income or that kind of thing, I would say you are eligible because you are a small business owner.
