He was paying $500 to my aunt when he was renting a room in her mobile home.

Scenario:Double wide mobile home is caving in in one side...Is it the owners responsibility or is the mobile home park owners responsibility?

Outside of the city your price point limits you to mobile homes or 1 bedroom condos.

She used to live in the duplex but has now moved into a 55+ mobile home park where she wants to live happily ever after, and with no debt.
