My point is: don't stress about 2% - look at the bigger picture and see if this is the right return on investment to suit you.

Most buyers will first see your home as a picture on a computer screen, if it does not really pop, they will not bother seeing it in person!

When I place and ad on Craigslist I ask that they reply first with a portfolio of before and after pictures and 3 references In which I can call and or in person meet and see the work that have been done.

We do have a grant of up to 3% of the purchase price, which helps with financing the down payment.Your income will still have to cover the monthly payment.

Hi BP Community, I've read some posts before covering investments from various angles but have not found something specific to my situation so I'm am looking for some thoughts and advice from the wise folks on BP.

Don't forget to have his bank print a proof of funds (the account numbers and important things can be blocked or white-out but make sure it shows a balance that covers the purchase/offer price)Otherwise, that's pretty much it.

So long as my morals or ethics isn't crossed, you have to look at the big picture.
