Is it a side by side or top bottom duplex style?

I was just here about 8 months ago looking for advise about stepping up and investing in the greatest country of United States of America. before I continue, just a bit of myself...

We dont own any parks but we have about 20 cash flowing mobile homes in parks across the valley.We have a really cool set up from start to finish that we are continuously working on but this is typically how it goes from start to finish. 1.

Also, if they have not breached the contract and continue to show the property and take offers, unless otherwise stated in the contract, they should be able to do that.

One of the tenants will be moving out, because I will occupy one side and continue renting out the other side.

I hope to see more landlords in Allentown posting renovated rental adds and less more of the same low end properties that attract bad tenants continuing the local opinion that Allentown is dangerous. 

I'm looking to make my first deal very soon and then hopefully continue the process of building my knowledge.

Eventually, if successful profits will be used to continue to purchase additional properties with the same arrangement.Are you saying with this structure we would be considered a "Syndication" and would need to abide by SEC rules?

Unless you have stumbled upon one of those deals, waiting a year to continue to gather capital and learn is not going to hurt you. 

We lived in a 30 unit townhome style complex on the rougher side of town.
