Been self educating myself for awhile with books, podcast, webinars. Gave myself the 90 day challenge about a month and half ago. Would love to meet up with someone who has been a real estate investor for awhile. Pick your brain. I'm currently a teacher and after realizing that my 1-2% yearly pay raise will never give me any financial freedom I've finally found the thing I think that ultimately could if gone about the right way. I'm looking to make my first deal very soon and then hopefully continue the process of building my knowledge. I've found a few BRRR candidates but realitors I've spoken to so far while nice and helpful don't seem very knowledgable for this method I want to do single family homes using the BRRR method. What is the best financing to go after for the short term? Hard money commercial loans? Bank options? Any mentoring, advice, would be greatly appreciated.
