@Curt Ranta I recently became a real estate agent in NYC and when I asked about joining the local mls RBNY I was surprised to learn very few use it All the brokers ,agents,landlords etc use a sight called  , streeteasy.com  ,which overcame the need for paid mls lisitngs.

@LEONID ORLOV as we have discussed, what you are asking for is very reasonable, but sometimes it is hard to find the right broker that knows what an investor needs.

I have ran into about every situstion you can imagian in my 20 + yrs. as a RE Broker.

The broker has said that the owner does not put much effort into the business, hence the 65% occupancy rate.
