Greetings all, I'm a noob wholesaler and I'm wondering if anyone has tips or info on wholesaling homes in some of Nashville's outlying cities like Dickson, TN or Lebanon, TN, etc.

Any additional tips or suggestions on how to maximize this time-frame would be greatly appreciated.

It's hard to keep all of these tips in mind all of the time but it's definitely a good reminder of what it truly means to live a happy life and feel fulfilled.
