I concur with Matt on the technicality, at least as it applies to San Diego.Personally, I am doing the following for my residential projects (2-4 unit rehab/builds):Paused the start of construction on new projects till at least end of month (though planning and coordinating is still going).Made it clear to any of the subs and workers involved that it's their choice whether they want to work during this time or not.  

Don’t jump to conclusion or make accusations for what anyone’s choices are during this time.

Hopefully that would give me a decent idea.if there's anything else you can think of as far as steps go, please let me know. any more information I can add on would obviously be beneficial.

I administer SDIRAs and they provide more choices and diversity but only when the time is right. cash is king today and Generally hold it while things are crazy.
