It really doesn't take a huge amount of time---unless you send out 10,000 pieces at a time.The automated systems are such a turn off!!

All those guys have automated ways to produce yellow letters.Also, consider using postcards - they are much cheaper to print & mail.

I answer all phone calls myself, so I do not want to overwhelm myself with calls.A lot of people choose to automate the system, but personally I believe that it is the personal touch that makes the difference.
