They did want to use an automated appraisal and I knew if I used someone local the appraisal would be higher and in fact it was.

Mann I have found no other platform like The Automated REI.

In addition to fighting dumb policy that does not work, we have to adapt our strategies...to the government supporting the lower and middle income levels as it's only going to continue/increase (with automation, the income gap, and the dependent generation).

Looking hear from other house flippers that have automated their business so they can maximize the number of projects they can rehab.  

Did factory automation for several years and left that world for real estate.

Title companies too will become more automated, and less personal, and I woiuldn't be surprised to see those mega companies taking on that too and offering it along with lending together.  

Both platforms brought quality applicants, provided detailed credit and background checks and make setting up automated monthly rent payments easy for me and the tenant. 

Or maybe not until home construction is automated.

I am new to the Phoenix real estate market and could use a realtor with experience investing to send some automated listings as they become available and their thoughts/recommendations.

My suggestion is, since you already chose your niche: buying residential MFH (2-4 units) is to stick to this strategy until you have it automated.
