How can deals be structured or agent/broker arrangements be negotiated to minimize constraints and conflicts of interest with a growing syndication business.

I have it arranged that the tenants are responsible for their own water usage. 

Relationship at this stage is not so as important as getting someone who has knowledge and experience.2) $50K income won't take you too far.
