Are there any banks in central Arkansas that may have programs that are more beneficial for investment properties?

It seems they’d do anything to fill the needs they have, but I can’t get a call back from the program director. 

Jumbo programs have all been suspended at the moment due to the coronavirus and the ripple effect it's had on the lending industry/economy as a whole. 

There are so many hoops you need to jump through and so many inspections you need to pass in order to get paid by the program.  

Anything greater than 4 we have a program for but we’ve paused for the time being until there’s a bit more stability in the markets.

But this can overvalue the home and block the conventional loan; seller assists of this kind need to conform to seller concession or contribution guidelines set by lenders; the down payment assistance industry is facing legal challenges by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); the industry expects fine tuning of these programs will result.

I notice that he hasn't announced a program for the state to pay the landlords for the lost rent.
