Do a simple rehab - clean and functional. 

After doing this for a while and creating a routine you should have a pretty solid idea of what you want your adult life to look like then start looking for jobs that will start you down that path.If that path requires school then great do that, but don't assume that you're going to just going to be able to do this without schooling because you can't just walk into a laboratory and call yourself a chemist.

During that showing dog got mud all over the floor and peed on the floor at the next showing (luckily all laminate for both instances and I had my open house survival kit which includes cleanings supplies so I was able to clean it up). 

It didn't seem super realistic, especially considering the first couple "flips" you were basically just a cleaning service and not actually selling any houses while you built capital.

She is a mature 7 years old, and would do great at cleaning the hallways and common areas of our buildings.

The siding and rear screened patio were in fairly good shape so we decided to keep them but thoroughly cleaned them via power washing.
