Now of course for a new build, or a major remodel, you will have to get an Architect and an Engineered set of plans, and submit plans to the City and a Plan Check company.

I have my theories and if you follow me on YouTube you know my take on it why this is happening, but I'd like to get my logic checked and hear some other people chime in: why do you think this is happening?

Not that regular rentals are getting any easier, but there is not a massive push to shut them down via regulations.

Several that I know meet regularly are those hosted by Bobby Sharma (usually meets on the peninsula if not virtually), Neal Bawa (mostly virtual these days), Lori Greymont (SJREI in San Jose) and Bay Area Wealth Builders (they meet in the north bay).
