I bet the builder choose the inspector, and if they did it would raise a red flag.

You can RUBS utilities if there are no local ordinances according to square footage and number of occupants, but be careful along the lines you've suggested...Good Luck!

What if the drawer is sticking because the cabinet is losing square.....because the base is damaged, or because the floor is sinking.

A friend of mine told me about the area and It doesn't seem like such a good deal with all of the other red flags, and his opinion.
