I have a 2.5 acres lot in Kissimmee FL, (35 min from Universal Orlando) that is being given to me. its currently zone AC agricultural.

I'm currently looking at properties in the Orlando area (because who can afford NYC?)

As I've been reading BP posts and listening to HOURS of podcasts, there was just one thing that I never could get myself to believe: that money is everywhere.I work full-time in Construction (the finance role) in Orlando, FL, and honestly I don't necessarily like my job.

I live in the Central Florida area out here in Orlando.

Does anyone have any recommendations for networking groups of local Orlando agents/investors/other real-estate professionals?
