Investor in Wisconsin, Michigan and Florida

Hello BiggerPockets! After listening to the podcast and reading the blog for months, I figured it was time to get active on here.  I own one house in Madison, WI and have had a tenant in there since May 1, 2016. I currently reside in Miami, WI and am "househacking" at my in-laws, because they live in a great location, have square footage to accommodate my wife, daughter, and I, the real estate market is hot down here, and I'd rather save money than pay rent.

I owe so much to Biggerpockets for providing so many resources in regards to renovating and renting my house, and I can't wait to meet more like minded folks in the real estate investment area.

I can't wait to talk to investors from all over the BiggerPockets map, and more specifically want to purchase deals in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Florida.

I am a mortgage lender for the state of Florida and love learning how investors are leveraging equity in their properties and putting it to work.
