As you were explaining your situation, I pictured you all strapped up in a bungie jump harness, standing at the launch pad at the top of a bridge.

Unfortunately, in person my agent and I were able to see it needed a lot (and I emphasize a lot) more work than was shown in pictures or explained in the description online.

I won't be able to take pictures of my properties (unless I use the "before" photos when I purchased). 

It honestly doesn't cost a penny for my to list a house on the MLS unless I pay for pictures.
