@Matt Rutter - good tips there. didn't realize 2018 was their re-appraisal year. washer/dryer makes sense. i was wondering why some duplexes had tenants pay for water/sewer and some didn't. this would make a lot of sense. and good to know on location and cemetery. cheers for taking a look here!
