There is everything from the inner city war zone, to up and comming hip areas, to established B and C class neighborhoods with or without good schools and price ranges anywhere you want them.

My neighbor is in the foreclosure process and they had their sheriff sale postponed until March.

If this is our usual market nothing good will start coming up until March/April.  

We used them last February /March for a combination cash out refinance and new purchase.

My anniversary with them will be in March and I hope they will be on my side.

Looking to start the New Years with a bang and get my first deal hoping to either wholesale my first deal or possible buy in march my first rental property !!!

Also if you're wholesaling properties from the MLS you're not really adding value to the transaction, it would be like selling band-aids outside of a hospital. 

I currently own one rental and will be making the long move from Walla Walla WA back to Kings Mountain NC in March...
