Its crazy... web dev here who wanted to wrtite some software that used MLS apis... from my very limited research you have to access each individual API, depending on what MAJOR  MLS provider that that MLS uses.

Best way is to use software that pulls the data from fields in your crm and plugs it into the contract. 2 minutes.I use a pdf editor, takes 15 min, 5 to docusign.
