My recommendation is that you budget for paying expert advisors.

if you don't have a plan yet, I'd say EXPAND. yea, retire=die in my own opinion.I will always expand since you are the expert btw :-)

If you have a good team mate/player, they can be the experts in whatever field they are in and you don't necessarily have to be.

Work with an expert to take care of it.
