I'm an agent with Village Properties and would be super happy to chat with you one-on-one about all I've learned in my remodel experience and as a local realtor.

There is much debate about that but ideally you’ll talk to an experienced agent who can advise based upon experience as compared to an experienced insurance sales person who can sell. 

Reading a lot of books, listening to podcasts, etc. and just looking to bounce ideas off other real estate investors in the area that may be just starting too or have more experience than I do.

Any tips, resources, or experiences you can share would be greatly appreciated.

I just wanted to take a few minutes to propose a thought experiment in hopes of sparking a discussion on what the practical strategies to achieving financial success are and what the necessary disciplines one must apply to get there.

I've got a treasure trove of experience from my time in Dubai and have enjoyed great success.

Can’t make her move to Philly.I used to live in LA and my W-2 experience was in tech/the entertainment industry so frankly it would be easier for me to find another job but still shooting for remote in general.Trust me if I could stay in Philly I would.And yes $1000/month is a few hundred under market.

I was referred to them by a note investor when I asked where to buy notes and wanted to check into them, check into anyone's experience with them.     

Therefore makes this a very easy deal (for me) to break into multi-family (learning experience).
