I would prefer access to be limited to buyers' agents and to people who enter when I or my listing agent is present.But I think some of the functions that used to be performed by agents are becoming redundant.

Any lender that enters into a contract and then attempts to tell you that you may not obatin a loan (unless so stipulated originally) is totally wrong and simply tell them that you will be closing with cash to them in escrow.

thanks Jon, I was thinking along the same lines, I enter all my expenses into qb for each property but don't distinguish between costs that should increase my basis vs. deductions, that gets pretty hairy.
