The first month is usually complicated for them but this allows for my time to be used more efficiently and for them to not have to run to the bank to get cash out.I have 4 properties paying this way and it has been great.. well after the initial payment due to confusion but since then has been great.

It works and we are always looking to improve on it.

No matter what type of architecture, or exterior finish, many times updating with energy efficient doors, windows, new trim, and paint will do wonders.As for the maintenance of stucco, IF IT'S APPLIED CORRECTLY, and you have good gutters, etc. on the house, you shouldn't be having problems with mold.

I'd want to have a lot of knowledge and understanding of what I was getting into before handcuffing myself to an "asset" that could dominate my energies for a long time to come.

But working as a team is a powerful strategy to improve a neighborhood and make a real estate investment more profitable.
