I'm running BRRRR deals through my modeling sheet and none of them ever come with positive cash flow.

I do not use Rent Ready, but I know that it is a perk of my pro membership here and I am considering setting it up to help my tenant establish credit. 

Credit scores are made up of many factors, one is the utilization of an account vs its credit limit.

The numbers need to work to do the deal for sure.
