A good question, and a very common defect.You may be able to just install a GFCI at the beginning of the circuit as Bob Stevens suggests, but if you do that, you would also need to label each receptacle in the circuit as "NO EQUIPMENT GROUND" and "GFCI PROTECTED".

@Bob Okenwa My broker is an appraiser and has done more than 10,000 appraisal and as we work closely together I'm very well versed in how appraisals work and 90% of the time can give a very valid range for what the appraisal will come in at and shoot for the top.

@Bob Stevens, to clarify your comment: you have a network that delivers you 10 properties for sale per week or 10 deals that you actually pursue and buy?  

Your competition could be Billy Bob down the street with two deals under his belt or a multi-million dollar company that's spend $30k per month on advertising.
