It's the same for cars, boats, firearms, or timeshares.

Owner occ in great areas wont be affected the same way.. there is such a shortage of new construction that buyers will simply put more money down or forgo the RV or new boat and or down size their 100k SUV.. 

Empirically speaking, the lighthouse is more stable than the boat, and gold is more stable than the dollar.For example, whatever the dollar price of oil is, it keeps on trading in a shockingly stable range against gold for literally 150+ years.

Now it's so small and crowded with relatively few places for boats to anchor, and requires slow boating on quite a few sections, due to lake level, crowding and docked boats.
